Hey Scott, I recall pinching two lines on the lower, back-side of the case when leak checking the old 600 SDI motors. One was the impulse line and the other went to a vacuum / solenoid that controlled the RAV valves, which the solenoid was mounted near the throttle bodies. After riding it for a season I found that there was no difference in gas mileage between her 600 sdi and my 600 sdi and unfortunately no noticeable deference in power ether. But I would buy them again as they are less expensive than the BRP replacements which on a 600 sdi the throttle body boots are part of the reed cage. Hope this helps!
